I thought since I haven't done an entry about our Christmas yet, maybe it might be nice to share a couple fun moments.
Here's a little clip of my wittle guy cooing away at 8 weeks.
Keane loves to sing his little songs to his favorite shows. And I love to catch him in the act. (The mess was a little rubber stamping art fun!)
We have a family tradition actually passed down from when I was a kid! We can open one Christmas present on Christmas Eve. Of course, Pastor Yvonnes pretty wrapped present has been screaming at Keane since it got there, so he was very quick to pick it!
Christmas Day!! Keane and Kai raked in some good stuff!! It was a very blessed day!
I never really did a Christmas update. I would love to share some of the fun things we did.
Christmas Eve we have a tradition of opening one gift before bedtime. YAY
It was a very Merry Christmas! Hope you all had a blessed holiday season! Sorry this is so late! It's getting me excited for next year already! hehe
p.s. those diapers were special ordered from Hipster Fluff and yes, they are adorable!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!! We had a nice Christmas. It was just us three for the day, and I really enjoyed it!! Made a point to watch a few of my t.v. shows I needed to catch up on and only do ONE load of laundry! HA! We had a great day! Keane raked in the good stuff!! Isn't Keane the cutest Santa Clause?!? Here's a clip when he opens his Christmas book from Mamalew and Papalew!! THANK YOU!!
Keane got a fun riding toy from my parents! He loves it!! This is a clip from his very first time on it!! I actually have to thank this toy to Keane feeling very confident to walk! He's been taking 4 or 5 independent steps lately!
It really was a great Christmas!! Looking forward to another fun year ahead! Love and blessings to you! xox
I love blogging! It's like therapy. I get to just tell all my friends and family about my sweet baby boy and focus on all the good things God has going for us! I love looking at blogs too! For inspiration and to see how my friends and family are doing! I know I'm not even close to a pro blogger, but I love that I can write what I want, when I want to write it! ha! Hope you guys are enjoying it too!
CHRISTMAS TIME ALREADY?!???!?!?? Don't get me wrong, I'd be the first to welcome the season with open arms. It's just hard to believe that this year has come and gone already! I hope next year will slow down a little....
My mom wanted to start a new tradition with her grandkids during the holidays; St. Nicholas Day! It's a European tradition celebrated on December 6th where the kids clean their best shoes the night before and while they're sleeping, St. Nicholas comes and fills their shoes with little candy, trinkets, etc..
Keane LOVES books! One of his favorites is digging through his book shelves and thumbing through the pages while he says, " dadamamababalala....." So cute!
Here's a fun little clip of Keane being his normal active self!
We went to the park last week for a little family time. It was really nice!
And one more little clip just for fun ;)
Hope you all had a great Christmas and New Years! We were so blessed this year with the family visiting! It was a great time of hanging out and lots of yummy eating. It was some well needed fellowship for all of us!
HAPPY ONE MONTH TO OUR SON!!
Can't believe it's been a month! Keane is growing and healthy! He's just blowing us away every day with his sweet coo's, and his overall awesomeness ;) Being that his one month birthday fell on New Years, we thought we'd do a quick visit with our neighors, the Toni/y's and crash their New Years Eve Party! Keane, of course, got lots of attention from his Aunties and Uncles!!
We are excited to see how he's doing at our next check up and will keep you all posted on the info!
Love you all and God Bless!!
This is Laine, Jessica, Keane Kai and Chia's blog. We love sharing some great moments with our close friends and family. love, love ~
