Kai is a happy, healthy 6 month old as of Easter Sunday! A chunky 16 lbs, 12oz and just squishy as ever!!!
It's kinda sad that I look back to remember when my first was 6 months old and realize, it really wasn't that long ago! Time- you're my worst enemy!!! But, thankfully, I have this blog I can look back and reminisce it all! Kai is a happy, healthy 6 month old as of Easter Sunday! A chunky 16 lbs, 12oz and just squishy as ever!!! A fun little video of Kai enjoying his jumparoo fun! Eeeeeek, and one more squishy picture of baby in his super cool Spider-Man diapers!!! Umm, yeah-not that we're huge st. patrick's day fans, but, we did have a couple special moments that I wanted to share! A sweet little picture of baby Kai.... And, this fun video of Keane and Laine! Easter was super chill! So chill, I didn't take any pics! (ooopsie) But Keane absolutely loved decorating eggs! So I got a couple pics!

I have to say, I am sincerely surprised to have so many faithful followers on this website! Sadly, there's hasn't been a blog update in over 2 months, but you still come back to check on us! THANK YOU!!! Any given day we can have as little as 10 to as many as 200 views! And I thought our little lives were so boring! HA! I must be wrong! Well, the big question is, "What have we been doing?" NOTHING!! I've been a sick mama with persistent morning sickness all day and night for the past couple months. My poor family has been sitting on the sidelines waiting through it so we can get moving on with our normal life. Finally at 16 weeks now, I can say, I haven't been nauseous or sick in 2 weeks!! The biggest hiccup in this pregnancy was an uninvited wisdom tooth that gave me, well, HELL!!! It caused severe swelling to the point I couldn't open my mouth. It was so painful, but no dentist would touch me till after my 2nd trimester! So I waited with the pain and frustration for 2 weeks before it was removed. Praise the Lord, it has been removed and everything has gone down and back to normal!! Keane did come down with a little flu bug a couple weeks ago, but we made it through with tylenol and candy to wash it down! And Keane did find fun little ways to keep himself entertained while I was sick... like a new hobby of barricading himself with the couch cushions and pillows. Can't believe how fast Easter came and went already! We had a quiet and humble Easter. This was the first year Keane actually cared about Easter eggs and candy and the toys in the basket. He's actually never met an "Easter Bunny" since I'm not too huge on it myself, but, there's a huge pink bunny in someone's front yard we pass everyday to go to the church and he gets so excited every time he sees it!! lol it's pretty funny, actually! He's like, "BUNNY!!!" Anyway, here's Keane Easter morning with his little basket of goodies. I do have so much more to share and I have to work on getting my next couple entries all organized and ready for you. Hope this will hold everyone over for a little while!
Many blessings! ~Jessica |
